These passes are not eligible for bring a friend vouchers.
Check Payments
If the guest brings a check to window to pay for their pass, the seller should include the guest name, business and transaction number on a sticky note attached for deposit to accounting.
Merchant-Local: $549
The staff of Killington, Bridgewater, Mendon, Plymouth or Pittsfield businesses who are members of the KPAA are eligible. Businesses no longer have to provide payment for the passes. They do NOT need to attend merchant pass meetings before receiving their pass this year.
How to Purchase
1. Employee will go to KPAA Welcome Center to be verified they are eligiblea. Has the business paid their dues? Does the employee have a paystub? Did they complete volunteer hours (if applicable).
2. If verified, KPAA will fill out the form which adds them to the google sheet and sends the person the proof of verification. This email will also have provide a "verification voucher" and instructions for online purchase.
3. Person buys their pass online with credit card-business payment is no longer required
a. We will still offer the availability for businesses to pay for passes via check. Person would bring check and proof of verification to a ticket window.
4. Once they've purchased online-they bring their confirmation and proof of verification to a ticket window. We verify they have proof matchings their pass type they purchased and fulfill.

Merchant-Regional: $789
Staff of the Killington area businesses who are members of the KPAA, and not eligible for the Local Merchant Pass, are eligible. Eligibility is verified by visiting the KPAA Welcome Center and receiving the proof of verification email. No meeting is required.

Available as an add-on. We will sell this stand-alone (not as an add-on) to people who meet qualifications who don't ski or start employment/membership after winter.
