Daily Ticket Info

• Tickets must be purchased online so we can collect your electronic waiver (signed during purchase process).
• Be sure to check out our summer operating schedule and conditions report for current weather and operations details and plan your trip accordingly.

• Early Season (Later May - Mid June) the Adventure Center will operate with limited attractions: Beast Coaster, Soaring Eagle, Zip Line Racer, Ropes Course and Amaze'n Maze.

• The latest you can purchase a ticket for an activity or attraction, day-of, is 30 minutes prior to the posted closing time.

Operating Schedule 

How to Sell

To give the guest the correct rate for their adv center product, agent will need to check with the website to override the price in RTP to match the correct discount rate. 

Adventure center passes may be purchased at the ticket window as we need to give the guest their wrist band anyway. Sell the pass, (or single ticket) and attach the customer. 

For day passes, guest will get their wristband and SUAX gondola ticket. Make sure we are getting waivers.

Cancel Policy

Policies are up to the agent's discretion and vary from situation to situation. Use the policy as a guideline for what you would like to do for the guest.

• Products can be canceled with a full refund if requested by 4:00 PM the day before the product’s start date. 
• Products can be canceled with a resort credit if requested by 10:00 AM on the product’s start date.  
• Refunds or credits after 10:00 AM on the start date are to the agent's discretion. 

Ride Descriptions

• Beast Mountain Coaster: a 4,800-foot-long alpine mountain coaster that will twist and turn through the woods with 360-degree corkscrews and supply thrills for all ages.
• Zip Line Racer: Dual 950 ft. racing lines that will run over the Snowshed Pond.  
• Skye Ropes Course: Four stories high with 42 obstacles to maneuver and provides hours of fun for daredevils, climbers, and athletes of all ages. 
• The Soaring Eagle: 600 feet long, 100 feet high, and glides at 30 miles per hour. This comfortable mid-air adventure provides cool mountain breezes, side-by-side seating for two, and unbeatable views.
• Amaze'n Maze: Located just below the Skye Ropes Course and offers 5,000 square feet of feet-on-the-ground exploration.
• Trampoline Jump: Provides jump sessions that are approximately 5 minutes each.

Rider Requirements

• Beast Mountain Coaster: The cart is designed to carry a maximum of two passengers whose combined weight cannot exceed 300 lbs. The minimum height of an occupant riding in the rear seat is 52“. The minimum height of an occupant riding in the front is 36“. Riders 36”– 51“ must ride with an adult.
