Daily Pass Info
- Pre-purchased tickets must be purchased before midnight on the day of arrival
- Adult passengers carrying children in their arms, or in any type of pack, may ride in gondolas but may not ride on chairlifts.
- Pets are not allowed on chair lifts or gondolas.
- Valid every day the gondola is open during summer operations.
- Not valid for winter operations or for mountain bike access.
- Guests 6 & under and 80 + ride for free. Must visit the ticket window on the day they plan to ride the gondola to take advantage of the discount.

- Valid for everyday of the Summer Season
- Not valid for winter gondola access or bike access.

How to Sell
Pre-purchase discount will automatically apply to tickets. For the call center, sell reload products with RFID and attach the customer. Make sure the guest signs their waiver, and you fulfill products.
Ticket sellers may sell the SUAX ticket product for large groups as long as you are attaching customers and getting waivers. If the guest has a reloadable RFID they would like to use, you may sell the reload product and get the waiver.

Policies are up to the agent's discretion and vary from situation to situation. Use the policy as a guideline for what you would like to do for the guest.
- Products can be canceled with a full refund if requested by 4:00 PM the day before the product’s start date.
- Products can be canceled with a resort credit if requested by 10:00 AM on the product’s start date.
- Refunds or credits after 10:00 AM on the start date are to the agent's discretion.
FAQ
Can I bring my dog on the gondola?
Both dogs and service dogs are not permitted on the Gondola, as there is no means to evacuate them should the lift stop
DeleteIs the Gondola Handicap Accessible?
Gondola cabins can accommodate wheelchairs and the Peak Lodge is handicap accessible. There is ramp access to the loading area of the Gondola.

We are no longer offering VT/NH discounts in the summer unless for select season passes.
DeleteHow many people fit in the gondola?
The gondola can fit up to 8 people; however, you are able to ride up with only your group if you let the lift attendants know.
