If not already fulfilled:

1. Guest purchases online via link provided to them.
2. Guest will visit ticket window where they will provide their confirmation and ID and we will cross check on the list they are eligible. 
3. Fulfill product. 
   1. Make sure waivers, photos and any other hotlists are handled before sending them on their way. 

If fulfilled: 

1. Guest purchases online via link provided to them.
2. Guest submits necessary documentation for review prior to pass pick up. 
3. On the back-end, ticket admin or other will verify with the submitted docs the guest is eligible for the pass, and fulfill the pass. 
4. Guest will be sent an email stating whether they were verified or not and the next steps going forward. 
   1. If guest is verified, they will visit a kiosk or ticket window to print their RFID. 
   2. If guest is not verified, they will be notified on what they need to do to resolve the issue, or are given other pass options.
