We are planning to launch a birthday email program for our winter 24-25 passholders. Retail has decided to team up with us on this and we will be offering passholders an extra 5% off non-sale items on top of their usual retail discount. The extra 5% can only be redeemed online. The codes passholders are receiving are unique to the pass type, not unique to each person. 

Unfortunately, we are limited to only sending this email to the primary on an account through the program. If someone attached to their account inquires about their code please verify their pass type and birthday and then provide the applicable code. 

People need to be opted-in to receiving marketing emails to get the birthday email (So if someone says their friend received an email and they did not this would be the most probable cause). This program is effective as of 8/7/24 and we will be sending emails after this date (not sent to b-days prior to this date).
