Get your Spring Pass for unlimited skiing and riding from March 14, 2025 through the very last day of the season. Plus, your Spring Pass is also valid at Pico Mountain until it closes for the season. Pico, Midweek and Ikon Pass holders can upgrade at any time for just $199. Sunshine, soft snow and our long season add up to a celebration of spring in the mountains - come celebrate with us.
The Spring Pass will go on sale February 22nd, 2025.
- All spring passes must be purchased online
- The Spring Pass is valid March 14, 2025 through the end of the season at both Killington and Pico Mountain
- All spring pass sales are final – no cancellations, refunds, or credits.
- The Spring Pass must be loaded onto a reloadable ONE PASS, our RFID card, which are available for purchase at $6 each if needed. The ONE PASS is not transferable.
- Unused K-Tickets are not eligible to be applied toward a 2025 Spring Pass purchase.
- Date-specific lift tickets starting March 14, 2025 or after purchased directly from Killington Resort may be upgraded to a Spring Pass by paying the difference in price. Tickets purchased by resellers are not eligible for this offer.
- Prior to pass being activated:
- A Killington/Pico One Waiver must be completed by pass holder or parent/guardian. This agreement is completed electronically during the check-out process for online purchases.
- All pass holders are required to have a recent photo on file. You can check your photo status and upload a photo, if needed, in the Group Members section of your online account. The photo will only be stored within our lift access systems and will not be printed on RFID cards. Sorry, we are unable to take photos on-site.

DeleteComparing Spring Pass vs Lift Tickets
If you are planning to ski or ride four or more days between March 14, 2025, and the end of the season, a Spring Pass could offer the biggest bang for your buck. There are some key differences between choosing the spring pass product and opting to purchase lift tickets that you should be aware of.
1. Lift Tickets are covered under our cancellation policy, which allows you to receive a credit or refund (depending on how far in advance you cancel), while Spring Passes are not covered under this policy and are not eligible for refunds or credits.
2. If you are visiting for multiple consecutive days and have youth 12 & under in your party, you may benefit more from purchasing lift tickets because every 5+ day adult lift ticket comes with a free ticket for a child 12 & under.

Can I use unused lift tickets toward the purchase of a Spring Pass?
If guest has a 1 day or multi-day pre-purchased eTicket (PPO) or CenRes (CRES) ticket dated for March 14th or after, we may upgrade their tickets towards the spring pass. If they paid more for their tickets than the spring pass you may sell them the spring pass and put the balance of their deposit onto a lift ticket credit voucher. NO CREDIT CARD REFUNDS FOR THE DIFFERENCE. NOTE: You will need to locate the transaction ID number for the ticket purchase and return the tickets purchased in the same transaction that you are selling the spring pass.
Anyone who purchases a 1 or 2 day ticket starting March 15th will be able to upgrade the ticket to the Spring Pass by paying the difference. But they will need to do this the same day the ticket is valid. We will NOT apply tickets used prior to the purchase of the spring pass.

We will also offer the spring pass through the end of the season to Lift ticket holders (see above for more info), Killington Midweek Pass Holders, and Pico Season Pass Holders and IKON Passholders. The Spring Pass Upgrade may be purchased online or through the call center at 800-621-6867.

The Spring Pass is non-refundable and there is no credit available for any reason. There is no guarantee for the length of our season or spring conditions.

Spring Skiing & Riding
While Superstar undergoes its transformation, spring skiing is far from over. We’ll keep the lifts spinning and ski as much terrain as we can service, until the end of the season.
Snowmaking efforts will focus on Double Dipper, Downdraft, and Lower East Fall (Canyon area), while in North Ridge, additional snow will be made on Rime and Reason to extend the season.
Superstar Trail will be closed, but skiers and riders will still have access to Skyelark, Bittersweet & Ovation via Launch Pad as long that conditions and construction permits.
Bear Mountain Lifts: Scheduled to operate until mid-late April
Snowdon Six Express & Ramshead Quad: Open through April 20
K-1 Express Gondola: Open daily through May 11 for access to North Ridge and the Canyon. Due to annual maintenance and gear box work, May 11 will be K-1’s final operating day.
Post-May 11: The Snowdon Triple will provide weekend access to the Canyon Quad Friday-Sunday, as long as conditions allow.
Superstar’s Final Ride: A Farewell Celebration
The Superstar Express Quad lift will transport its final passengers to Skye Peak on Sunday, April 13th, to allow crews to begin working on its replacement. We’ll bid it farewell in true Killington style with a celebration honoring its years of service on its final day.
To commemorate the Superstar Express Quad’s legacy, Killington has introduced a special achievement on the Killington App. Skiers and riders are encouraged to complete 87 rides on the lift this season to honor the year it was built (1987). Those who complete all 27 achievements in the app will be entered to win the first ride on the new Superstar Six chairlift next season.
What’s Next?
The deconstruction of the Superstar Express Quad will begin immediately after its final day of operation, with an estimated six-week removal process. Our goal is to complete much of the dismantling while the snow is still in place, as our grooming tractors can navigate terrain that conventional construction vehicles cannot. During this time, Superstar Trail will be closed, but skiers and riders will still have access to surrounding terrain via Launch Pad.
DeleteWhat Happens to the Old Lift?
We’re keeping things as sustainable as possible. Several components of the existing lift—such as the chairs and sheave trains—will be repurposed, particularly all the chairs on the Golden Express at Pico will be replaced, which are similar models to Superstar. Any remaining steel will be salvaged and recycled. Sorry, we won’t be selling any Superstar chairs.

Once the old lift is fully removed, we’ll begin laying the groundwork for its replacement.
Early Summer: Removing old footings and preparing new foundations.
Mid-Summer: Flying concrete in and setting the terminals and towers.
Late Summer/Fall: Installing electrical, drive systems, and lift controls.
Winter 2025: The brand-new Superstar high-speed six-pack (no bubble) is scheduled to open in early December 2025.
