If a guest calls and says they won a complementary/free stay or a certificate. Please fill out this form . Once the form is filled out entirely a supervisor will get back to the guest within 48 hours to book the stay

Certificates are eligible for stays at Killington during times where we are below 90% occupancy, they have to be booked within 30 days of the date that the guest wants to stay. The number of nights the guest gets is depending on how many nights their specific cert is for varying for 1-3 nights. 

Certificate winners may have to pay tax/cleaning on rooms totally around $40.
