Lodging Change Dates

1) If a guest wants to change dates on a reservation, verify that they are outside of the cancel policy

2) Message SOD to confirm that the new dates are available  

3) Click Modify on the itinerary

4) Click Modify on under the room type and change the dates. then click Reprice

5)Make sure to tell the guest what the new cost is with the changes, wrap the reservation through "cash/check"

6) Add notes to the res describing the change and fill out the change form

Lodging Property Change    

1) Verify that they are 8 days or more outside the arrival date

2) If it is a Killington Property change (Grand switching to Highridge) verify availability with SOD 

    If it is a 3rd party, call the property to confirm availability

3) Create a new reservation with the change and wrap it through Cash/Check

4) Add notes and fill out Cancel Form and add notes to transfer the money to the new reservation. This is important so we can move the money from the original reservation to apply to the new one without charging the guest

Adding Tickets/Lessons to a Reservation

1) If a guest wants to add tickets to an existing reservation, look the reservation by their name or itinerary number 

2) Once the reservation is pulled up, click on "add on package components"
