Facilities & Services
Workout facilities: Exercise room (free weight and cardio equipment), spin room, yoga/studio room. Note: Shoes that have touched the ground anywhere outside are not allowed in the weight room, please bring indoor only shoes with you to work out.
75-foot Indoor Heated Lap Pool: A maximum of 8 people are allowed in the pool at a time and reservations are required. Please call 802-422-1400 to reserve your 1-hour time slot. Time slots will begin on the hour. Walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-swim basis, pending lane availability.

Locker rooms: The locker rooms are available for changing, restrooms, storage of belongings, showering, sauna and handwashing. Day lockers are available to guests and members free of charge.

Line Dance Fit with Britt (Monday, 8:00a.m.) - During this class you will get a cardio workout learning beginner and intermediate line dances. The class will start with a warmup of Dynamic Stretches and end on the mat with body weight and free weight exercises to incorporate strength training. We will go over the beginner steps each week so participants can jump in at any time!
Water Fitness Strength, Balance & Agility with Britt (Monday, 9:00a.m.) - A strength and conditioning workout using resistance equipment along with body weight for balance, strength, and agility.
LIIT (low-impact interval training) with Amity (Monday, 5:00p.m.) - Mindfully Fire up your muscles & your workout week with Low Impact Interval Training. An alternative to HIIT with an intensity level you control. This class combines mixed fitness disciplines: Pilates, Functional Strength, Body weight & High Rep weight training. Timed Intervals and circuits will heat up your muscles and raise your heart rate without pounding on your body. We work on a mat, barefoot encouraged, so bring a mat & a towel you can sweat on if you have it.
Spin & Sculp with Pam (Tuesday, 8:00a.m.) - This class uses Interval training with the Spinning Bike to get your Heart rate up for cardio in conjunction with resistance training on the floor for a Full Body Workout appropriate for all levels.
Total Core & Deep Stretch with Amity (Tuesday, 9:00a.m.) - Walk taller & feel stronger! This class is designed to build strength and endurance in all the muscles that support your core and increase flexibility. Improve posture and strengthen the whole body through core conditioning.
Yoga Fusion with Amy (Tuesday, 6:00p.m.) - Discover the perfect balance between strength and flexibility, breath, and body awareness in our All-Levels Yoga Fusion class. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, this class offers a welcoming and inclusive environment for practitioners of all levels. Relax, stretch, and strengthen body, mind, and spirit. Enjoy a combination of styles, giving you what you need each week. (Open to all levels)
Mid-Week Mix with Joyce (Wednesday, 8:00a.m.) - This class is designed to give you a great workout while introducing you to new moves, new equipment, and new fads in the exercise world. The class blends a mix of cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility. Expect something different each class; kettle bells, stability ball work, ballet moves are just some of the things our instructor has planned, all mixed in with traditional exercises.
Water Fitness Cardio & Strength with Debbie (Wednesday, 9:15a.m.)- A low impact but high intensity water fitness class where no swimming skills are needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back.
Boot Camp with Joyce (Wednesday, 5:00p.m.)- An interval training class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. With a new workout every week, these classes are designed to push participants harder than they'd push themselves and to always keep the body guessing.
Kripalu Yoga with Allison (Thursday & Saturday, 9:30a.m.) - Kripalu is an all-levels practice, using the art & science of breathing, movement & stillness to improve your flexibility and overall wellness.
Water Fitness Stretch / Flex with Debbie (Thursday, 12:00p.m.) - We use a variety of dynamic stretching techniques that will strengthen your core while increasing range of motion throughout your joints and increasing flexibility through your spine, legs, hips, shoulders, chest and everywhere else.
Total Body Conditioning with Sandy (Thursday, 5:00p.m.) - Get everything your body needs in a single hour of power. In this total body conditioning class, we will raise our heart rates with cardio interval work on and off a step. Next, we will tone muscles with free weights and body weights. To top it all off, we will target our core, work on our balance, and improve our flexibility.
Yoga with Cassie (Thursday, 6:30p.m.) - Throughout this 60-minute yoga class, you'll explore the concepts of balance and grounding, allowing you to adapt to the changes in your own life with grace and serenity. Cassie will inspire a sense of introspection and self-awareness as you move through each posture, seeking equilibrium and inner harmony. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to practice, this class is a gentle yet profound journey into the essence of balance, inviting you to align your energies with the rhythms of the seasonal transitions and embrace the beauty of equilibrium in both your yoga practice and your life.
Cardio Strength with Pam (Friday, 8:00a.m.) - This class combines low and high impact cardio exercises with resistance training with free weights. The class uses multiple types of equipment including stability ball; step bench; resistance bands and free weights to get that Full Body Workout and conditioning. The class is appropriate for all fitness levels
Water Fitness Strength & Balance with Susan (Friday, 9:15a.m.) - Using the benefits of exercising in the water to allow for less impact and more resistance, this class trains your heart and muscles by focusing on your core, body mechanics and balance.
