Mid-Week School Program at Pico

Pico Mountain will host a mid-week school program for local elementary and middle schools. This season we are committed to offering a 6-week program starting on January 6th, or the week of and running into March 2025. Program Details
Available Lessons: Morning lessons, 10 am-12 pm and Afternoon lessons 1 pm-3 pm will be available. Students will be asked to select skiing or snowboarding discipline. Max occupancy of 50 students per session. We also have limitations for instructors and can only offer a maximum of 20 snowboard lessons per session.
Program Dates: Lessons will be offered on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays with exact dates listed on the attached calendar. The program will start on 1/6/25 and end on 3/7/25, with potential make-up dates for weather or operational hindrances.
Important Resort Information
All students must be accompanied by school chaperones/staff when picking up and returning rental equipment. Rental packages must be returned to Pico Rentals at the end of the lesson during the assigned time. Chaperones must assist with picking up and returning rental equipment.
Chaperone Participation - Lift Tickets & Rental Packages: School chaperones will receive 1 complimentary lift ticket per 10 students, per visit. Additional chaperone tickets can be purchased in advance for $50 and rental packages for $48 per day if needed.
Program Registration Process
All schools must sign and return commitment letters directly to Pico Mountain and Group Sales Representative, Mike Biasuzzi, by 11/15/24. All student information will be collected by a unique link provided to school program coordinators. School coordinators will be responsible for providing the school’s registration link and voucher codes for all students and parents to complete the lesson registration process.
Required guest information of parent/guardian: First and Last Name, Date of birth, Email, Phone, and Mailing Address.
Required guest information for students: First and Last Name, Date of Birth, height, weight, and lesson discipline.
School Information: School Name, Address, Principal/School Coordinator
Lesson Date & Time: All participants and chaperones must be enrolled in the lesson program by December 23, 2024.
