Details
- An innovative combination of inside skill building, and outside exploration, your Trekker will come away from the session having explored the wonders of the outside environment, learned about his or her equipment, on snow safety and appropriate skiing or riding skills. Trekkers meets inside at the Trekkers Den located in Pico Building D, across from the main base lodge. If equipment is needed, it will be fitted by staff inside the Trekkers Den.
- Check out our first timer Tips & Tricks to help prepare you for your first day on snow. Trekkers is a full day program from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. and includes a lift ticket and lunch. Available Saturday-Sunday and daily during peak* periods from mid-December 2022 through March 26, 2023.
- Please notify us at registration time and lesson check-in if your child has any dietary restrictions. We are able to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, nut free, kosher and gluten free options. Please be aware that all of our foods are made in a common kitchen, and cross contamination is a possibility. We encourage families to bring their own meals if they have specific dietary restrictions or needs outside of vegetarian requests.
Cancellation Policy
Prior to 4:00 p.m. two days prior to the lesson date, lessons may be canceled for a 90% refund or 100% cancellation credit. Prior to 4:00 p.m. the day prior to the lesson date, lessons may be canceled for a 100% cancellation credit. No refunds.
After 4:00 p.m. the day prior to the lesson, there are no cancellations or changes permitted since we’ve held that spot from our inventory and have assigned an instructor to teach the lesson. We know that weather and snow conditions vary, but if the resort is open for skiing/riding we will be providing lessons as scheduled and there are no refunds, vouchers, or credits issued due to these events.
