Never cancel an order without direction to do so.

How to complete breakage...

  1. Go to Order Processing
  2. In the Find Order field, click the magnifying glass
  3. Advanced Search
  4. Drag the applicable search Criteria from left screen to right screen\
    1. Status: Open
    2. Sale Locations: Killington Pico Resorts Consolidated
    3. Order Dates: select dates to work
  5. Select Search
  6. You can sort the list by clicking the column header if you wish
  7. Open an order. If the order:
    1. has any of the below items listed under DO NOT FULFILL section below, follow those steps
    2. has a $0.00 deposit value and all products are fulfilled or there are no products, go to View Edit Order Properties and change the status to Complete in the general tab, and close the order. Return to your Advanced Order Search list
    3. has past dated products unfulfilled and deposit matches product totals, then fulfill and close the order. Be sure date on rental form matches date of rental product.
    4. has a deposit that does not match the products listed, save and close the order and move on.
Delete

Do not fulfill, complete, or cancel the following orders...

  • Daycare
  • Golf
  • Group Orders
  • VT Student, Community or any other season passes that need verification at the window before issuing
  • VT/NH days in the future
  • Uphill Travel

If you find any of these orders, select View/Edit Order Properties and change the Order Description to UPHILL TRAVEL, VT STUDENT, Daycare, or otherwise note the type of product within so the next person running a list can identify. Save and Close the order.
