Passholder Pictures
Photos cannot be taken at a ticket window due to system limitations. Please direct the guest to updating the photo online with the steps below
If a profile does not have a picture by the start of the 2023-2024 winter season, profiles will be considered inactive and will not allow access to discounts or lift access until the picture has been uploaded.
1. Go to Killington.com and click “Log In” in the upper right hand corner.
2. Enter your username and password ( you might need to reset your password).
3. Look for the profile that needs a picture and click on “New Photo”.
a. Helpful hint: if you don't see something like this below, click on “Menu” in the upper right, then click “My Account”.
4. Pick the photo that you'd like and click “Open”.
a. Pictures can be seen by many employees; please keep your pictures polite and family-friendly.
b. Headshots from the chin up only.
c. Your face should be looking forward toward the camera. Sorry, no hats, helmets, or sunglasses.
5. At this point you can crop the picture, or just hit “Confirm” under the picture.
6. You should be all set!
