Season Pass Checklist
Follow these steps to ensure a guest's pass is ready for the winter season.
- Is their date of birth in the system accurate/listed? (To confirm, ask "can you confirm your date of birth")
- If Date of birth is listed as "unknown", uncheck box and enter a DOB.
- Does the passholder have a photo uploaded? (And no further than 5 years out of date).
- Do they have pass access on their account that is active?
- Do they have the appropriate waiver signed? (KP One Waiver exp. date 6/30/2024)
- Do they have an RFID card with them and is their pass media profile active?
- If no, comp the guest an RFID or activate the correct media profile attached to the RFID they have (if it is the current media)
- Make sure the pass is scanning valid.
- Hit the go button
- Click Web Access Control
- Location drop-down: change to an active KL Lift
- Login
- Validate pass/paste pass number and hit enter
- If the pass is valid the box will turn blue and the season pass is good to go
