What are Team Rewards?

Team Rewards are issued to individuals who volunteer in certain areas of the resort (Killington Events, Snow Sports School) or for one of our partner organizations (KMS, VT Adaptive, etc.). Team Reward Vouchers (Adult One-Day Ticket Vouchers) are loaded onto volunteer/staff member files based on hours/shifts worked or volunteered. Team Rewards vouchers can be redeemed for up to 3/day; 2 vouchers per day for friends/family plus 1 voucher/per day for the staff member/volunteer him or herself. When redeeming the vouchers you are issuing date-specific tickets, there is no option to get a voucher to give to friends/family for a later date.

How to Redeem

Go to Search>Search Type: Voucher> Search by Customer>Search Text: Name (or tap RFID card on puck).  Double click Team Reward Voucher CLOSEST TO THE TOP of the list.

How to Check Expiration Dates

Go to History Profiles>Voucher History>Active Vouchers>Recipient> click + to open the voucher and view the expiration date.

What to do if Team Rewards are not loaded?

If a guest is supposed to have team rewards on their account, but you are not seeing them under their name they must contact the supervisor they reported to or the event manager they were in contact with. The supervisor/event leader will connect with the correct channels to get their ticket loaded.
