Adult Group Lessons

Group lessons for Adults (16+) are for first-timers and beginner-level skiers and riders only.
- Group lessons can be sold to first-timers if they already have equipment/lift tickets. Otherwise, refer them to the LTS/LTR package.
- Intermediate and Advanced level skiers/riders should refer to our Private Lesson offerings for lesson options; however, they are available for all levels.

- Available: Daily, December- April
- Session Times: Morning 9:30-11:45a.m. or Afternoon 12:45-3:00p.m.
- Lesson Meeting Location: slopeside at Snowshed Base Area

Skiing and riding are social sports. Shouldn’t your lessons be, too? Group lessons are for first-timers and beginner level skiers and riders only. Our dedicated instructors will help you navigate the mountain and develop skills that will take your love for skiing and riding to the next level. All lessons must be booked online in advance.

Cancel Policy
Prior to 4:00 p.m. two days prior to the lesson date, lessons may be canceled for a 90% refund or 100% cancellation credit. Prior to 4:00 p.m. the day prior to the lesson date, lessons may be canceled for a 100% cancellation credit. No refunds.
After 4:00 p.m. the day prior to the lesson, there are no cancellations or changes permitted since we’ve held that spot from our inventory and have assigned an instructor to teach the lesson. We know that weather and snow conditions vary, but if the resort is open for skiing/riding we will be providing lessons as scheduled and there are no refunds, vouchers, or credits issued due to these events. How many people are in a lesson?
Group lessons for adults do not have a max number of people per instructor but on average there is between 4 and 7 people in a lesson
DeleteWhy can't advanced skiers/riders book group lessons?
We want our advanced and intermediate skiers/riders to have the best possible learning experience, tailored exactly to their goals. Private lessons allow for a completely customized approach, with the flexibility to work on specific skills, terrain, or objectives at your own pace. In addition, you can join our Saturday and Sunday Adventure Clinics, which focus on targeted topics and advanced techniques in a fun, group setting.
DeleteIf group lessons are offered to beginners, why not book an LTS/LTR?
We offer beginner group lessons to those with equipment/lift access. The LTS/LTR will be sold to those who need a lift ticket/rental and a lesson at a discounted rate. If they come to the window with a lift ticket already given to them or equipment, it would not make sense to sell the whole package. Instead, you can sell a group lesson and specify their skill ability.
