Making an Inntopia Reservation

- Input the dates of the guests' stay
- Ask the guest the number of Adults and children (if there are children in the party make sure to input their ages)
- You need to determine by listening to your guest as to what they want. If you determine that they want the Killington Grand Hotel input that into the Company space
- Determining what package best suits your guest, you will go to the Show packages slot and make it say yes
- This is what your page will look like when you do the search. You will choose the package with the lowest cost for the guest.
- If they have a season pass (IKON or ours) then you would choose that package. If they do not then you would go to the Pay in full- Online booking discount, if they do not want to pay in full then you choose the 1-night Deposit due package. Hit Select on the package you want and another box on the left will open.
- Once you have that completed, then you will get their name and enter it into this box. Then hit search to see if they are in our database.
- If you find them in our database then you will select the correct person. Some people have more than one account. Once you have selected the person their name and address etc will be in this box.
- If they are not in our database then you will create and account for them
