Details & Pricing
- Lift tickets must be purchased online, even if you are buying day-of. Rates are dynamic and the prices are dependent on how far in advance you book and day of the week you plan on visiting. The earlier you buy, the bigger the savings, so lock in your access to the mountain as soon as possible.
- Pre-purchased tickets must be purchased before midnight on the day of arrival.
- Pre-purchased tickets are priced dynamically based on how far in advance they are booked.
- The Killington Bike Shop, located at Snowshed Lodge, offers a full rental fleet of trail, freeride and downhill mountain bikes.
- Lessons and tours for a wide range of ability levels, including our Learn to Ride Packages which includes lesson, lift, trail and bike rental are available.

How to Sell
For the call center: Select the correct ticket product in the tree>attach a customer>move to the "General Common Properties" tab and override the price to match what is listed for that day on the Website. (Or view the discount % that matches the criteria for the date of the ticket).
If lodging is involved, please calculate an additional 5% on top of the pre-purchase discount.
Trail-only Ticket: Sell trail-only ticket product, make sure the guest profile and waiver is added. There is no need to give the guest a physical ticket as long as the access is loaded on their account.
Cancel Policy
Policies are up to the agent's discretion and vary from situation to situation. Use the policy as a guideline for what you would like to do for the guest.
- Products can be canceled with a full refund if requested by 4:00 PM the day before the product’s start date.
- Products can be canceled with a resort credit if requested by 10:00 AM on the product’s start date.
- Refunds or credits after 10:00 AM on the start date are to the agent's discretion.
