• Passholder will get two free days at Killington + 1 additional 50% off day. 
• Passholders will need to go to our website and “reserve” a day which is where they will need to select the $0 option (or the 50% off option + $6 RFID once they've used their two free). They will be directed to our website via their loam portal where they will want to select “reservation instructions”
• Products will not auto fulfill so the guest must visit the ticket window to get their pass verified/fulfilled and the agent will need to track the day/discount used in the Loam Pass portal. https://loampass.com/User/Profile (all agents will have their own login, so if you've been given one, please remember your info).
• Our passholders (B365, Pico KA, Mtn Bike) would be eligible for a 15% discount to buy this pass via a discount code pass using discount code killingtonlp15.
• We would be the only bike park doing reservations which is our means of getting them to go online, primarily for waiver collection but also to make the ticket window process faster. 
• If someone makes a reservation but needs to change plans, we can just cancel the order they made on Aspenware in RTP or adjust the date. The day doesn't actually get deducted until someone at a ticket window does it in the portal.
• Loam pass comp days and discounted days are only for the passholder.
