Damaged Clothing Procedure

If guests receive damage to their clothing due to a lift please direct them to visit the K-1 Guest Service desk where they may receive up to a $30 Visa Gift Card to cover or help cover the cost of damages.
We recommend the guest use a professional cleaner with experience with outerwear garments. We do not replace the garment.
