Web Redemption

1. Guest will need to log in to their online account. 

2. Within their account, they will be able to see a voucher tab which will display all active vouchers once selected. 

3. Select the "redeem" button next to the voucher they would like to use. 

4. A box labeled voucher redemption will pop up verifying the type of voucher the guest intends to use, continue by hitting "redeem voucher".
5. A page will pull up asking to fill out any required information regarding ticket dates, location, age range, etc. Guest will need to carefully fill out the appropriate information. 

6. Continue to the next step by selecting "add to cart".

7. The page may prompt the guest to add on rental equipment, which they can do if needed. 

8. Once all products have been added, the guest will want to either select 'view cart", or "checkout" or select the cart button in the top right-hand corner of the screen. (Once you hit "view cart" and everything is all set, select "checkout".)

9. The page will prompt you to assign a group member to the selected voucher. The guest will want to select the name of the individual planning to use the voucher. If the guest's name does not come up when the drop-down is selected, they can manage their group members by selecting "show group". 

10. The page will prompt the guest to add the RFID to the order if not already attached to the guest's account. 

11. The page will prompt the guest to sign their risk agreement waiver if not already signed. If it has been signed they will see a checkmark with a green background.
12. The guest will then need to fill out their billing information. Once filled out, they can hit continue and the payment will process. The guest should receive and order confirmation number and an email with their ticket barcode. 

13. Guest will complete the checkout process and receive an order number as well as an email confirmation with their ticket order and barcode.
