Details
- If you are first timer, check out our First Time Ski & Ride program for the most suitable lesson.
- This program uses the terrain at Pico as our playground with a focus on safety, fun, building confidence and gaining new skills. Mountaineers are ready to get the most out of the mountain, and this program does just that. Designed for participants that have skied or snowboarded before.
- Lunch is included with the Mountaineers program. Please notify us at registration time and lesson check-in if your child has any dietary restrictions. We are able to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, nut free, kosher and gluten free options. Please be aware that all of our foods are made in a common kitchen, and cross contamination is a possibility. We encourage families to bring their own meals if they have specific dietary restrictions or needs outside of vegetarian requests.

Cancellation Policy
Prior to 4:00 p.m. two days prior to the lesson date, lessons may be canceled for a 90% refund or 100% cancellation credit. Prior to 4:00 p.m. the day prior to the lesson date, lessons may be canceled for a 100% cancellation credit. No refunds.
After 4:00 p.m. the day prior to the lesson, there are no cancellations or changes permitted since we’ve held that spot from our inventory and have assigned an instructor to teach the lesson. We know that weather and snow conditions vary, but if the resort is open for skiing/riding we will be providing lessons as scheduled and there are no refunds, vouchers, or credits issued due to these events.
