If you need to adjust your profile due to sound issues (say you want phone calls to ring through your computer rather than your headset):

 Select your profile icon in the upper right-hand side of the screen.

2. Hit the drop-down next to "Your Name Web"

3. Select WebRTC Settings

4. Select the drop-down under "Audio Controls" 

5. Select the current audio profile you use daily

6. Adjust sound output next to the correct audio drop-down (bell indicates how notifications come in, the speaker indicates how you hear guests)

7. Once adjusted, save the profile. 

How to create a phone profile

1. Select your profile icon in the upper right-hand side of the screen.

2. Hit the drop-down next to "Your Name Web"

3. Select WebRTC Settings

4. Select the drop-down under "Audio Controls" 

5. Select "New Profile" 

6. Name your phone profile 

7. Next to each icon, make sure the audio output is set to your preferences. (Where you want messages to alert from, the microphone you intend to use)

8. Click save and your profile is all set. 

If you need to adjust your profile after the fact (say you want phone calls to ring through your computer rather than your headset):

2. Hit the drop-down next to "Your Name Web"

3. Select WebRTC Settings

4. Select the drop-down under "Audio Controls" 

5. Select the current audio profile you use daily

7. Once adjusted, save the profile.
