When taking a guest's credit card information, it is important to use the feature in Purecloud that secures their information.

By clicking the lock button while in a conversation, it will stop recording the conversation. The guest's card information will then be secured so that their information can not be heard when a call is listened to after the fact. 

Once the guest is done giving their card info, unclick the lock and the conversation will continue to record.
