Photos can now be taken at a ticket window at specific stations/locations. Please direct the guest to update the photo online with the steps below when possible, but we will have the ability to take a photo if the guest is struggling.

Online Upload Process

If a profile does not have a picture by the start of the 2023-2024 winter season, profiles will be considered inactive and will not allow access to discounts or lift access until the picture has been uploaded.

1. Go to Killington.com and click “Menu” in the upper right hand corner.

2. Select “Account Login”

4. Select “Photo Upload”

4. Login to the online account that needs to be edited.

3. Look for the profile that needs a picture and click on “New Photo”.

a. Helpful hint: if you don't see something like this below, click on “Menu” in the upper right, then click “My Account”.

4. Pick the photo that you'd like and click “Open”.

a. Pictures can be seen by many employees; please keep your pictures polite and family-friendly.

b. Headshots from the chin up only.

c. Your face should be looking forward toward the camera. Sorry, no hats, helmets, or sunglasses.

5. At this point you can crop the picture, or just hit “Confirm” under the picture.

6. You should be all set!

Onsite (RTP) Photo Upload

We now will have the ability to upload photos for passholders through RTP at specific ticket computers. To do so you will need to navigate to the guest's Customer Manager Profile. Then, you may select the “Capture Picture” drop down under where their photo will go. You may select from camera. We can now take a picture of the guest (just like with Ikon tools) and upload a new photo for a guest for their pass.

Remember to unhotlist the guest after uploading so that they can hit the lifts right after.
