5th Grade Passport
- Ski Vermont FGP are issued digitally. Passholders reserve a digital barcoded voucher in their customer portal to redeem as directed by ski area for a day ticket.- Passports are comprised of 3 barcoded vouchers to each ski area and 1-3 barcoded vouchers for Cross Country trail passes. (cross country participations varies per area).
- Each voucher is good for a one-day lift ticket subject to each area’s redemption requirements.
- The customer portal keeps track of the reserved vouchers. Once the limit has been met at a ski area, that area will no longer be an option for the passport bearer to select.
- Passports are valid all season, subject to each area’s restricted dates.
- Passports are non-transferable and are only for the assigned passholder’s use.
Redemption:
- A digital barcoded voucher is presented at the ticket window unless otherwise directed in the ski area’s redemption requirements.
- The reserved voucher displays the product & child’s name along with their photo. The reservation states visiting ski area name, usage date, voucher number and barcode.
• If presenting at the ticket window, ski area ticket window staff can visually identify a student, check the voucher date and scan the voucher barcode from a customer’s mobile device or a printout, logging the visit in your point-of-sale system and invalidating the voucher code if built into POS system.

- Ski Vermont 4 Passes are issued digitally. Passholders reserve a digital barcoded voucher in their customer portal to redeem as directed by ski area for a day ticket.
- Each voucher is good for a one-day lift ticket subject to each area’s redemption requirements.
- A 4 Pass is comprised of four vouchers.
- A 4 Pass can only be used one time at a ski area. The customer portal keeps track of the reserved vouchers. Once a voucher from 4 Pass is reserved for a ski area, that area will no longer be a selection option.
- 4 Passes are valid all season, subject to each area’s restricted dates.
- Passes/vouchers are non-transferable once assigned. Name on voucher should match ID of person redeeming if ski area requests.

VIP TICKET Redemption: Follow your ski area’s procedures. Previous season’s guidelines below.
- A printed and completed voucher is presented at the ticket window unless otherwise directed in the ski area’s redemption requirements.
- Ticket sellers should retain signed voucher to be returned to VSAA at the end of the season for rebate calculation if tracking is not done in POS system.
- POS system reports are accepted at the end of year in place of physical vouchers.
Each voucher has three numbers above the barcode separated by dashes, followed by the year:
- The first number is the PASS booklet number (1-160).
- The second number is the SKI AREA number (1-16)
- The third number is the COUPON number (1-5) for that ski area.
- Please provide these numbers should you have an issue with the voucher or holder.

- Gold Cards are issued digitally. Bearers reserve a digital barcoded voucher in their customer portal to redeem as directed by ski area for a day ticket.
- Barcodes are ski area specific.
- Unique voucher barcode per visit. Voucher displays bearer name and affiliation.
- Two Ticket bearers will have the option to reserve one or two barcoded vouchers per visit. If requesting two tickets, the assigned bearer must redeem two unique barcoded vouchers. The second voucher will state Guest Of followed by primary bearer name and affiliation.
- Gold Cards are valid all season and only subject to limited inventory for the following dates at all ski areas. 1/18/25, 1/19/25, 1/20/25, 2/15/25, 2/16/25, 2/17/25.
- Inventory limits for all ski areas are set at 20 vouchers on listed dates and managed in Ski VT Portal. Once the max number of allowed voucher reservations is reached at a ski area, the date will no longer show as available in the portal and will be restricted from Gold Card Use.
Gold Cards are issued to people in the following categories:
- Accredited media (US & Canada)/meteorologists approved by Ski Vermont Staff
- Selected Vermont ski resort personnel (designated by resort management)
- VSAA/Ski Vermont marketing partners/sponsors
- Contracted content providers for Ski Vermont (includes writers and photographers)

To redeem, enter the voucher code in the scan or enter voucher box. For the voucher to pull up correctly, you must type the voucher in exactly as it shows up on the voucher. You must include the %AK at the beginning as well.
