Auto-renewal Cancellation
If a guest wishes to cancel the auto-renewal of their pass on June 1, 2025 please assist them with filling out this form.

Winter 25/26:
- Unlimited Skiing/Riding
- Ikon Base Pass Included
- New! Upgrade to full Ikon Pass for $599 (at time of purchase only!)
- Guest will not need to redeem a code this year, as we will supply a list to Ikon.
Summer 2025:
- Unlimited Mountain Biking, Adventure Center, Golf Greens, K-1 Gondola Rides.

Payment Info
Beast 365 Monthly Payment Info:
- 1st month fee due at time of purchase.
- Monthly fee charged 1st day of month beginning in July.
- Auto renew for 25/26 passes on June 1, 2025.
- 12 month commitment is required, cannot be cancelled.
- If currently on monthly payment plan, will auto-renew at 25/26 pricing at age group of pass holder on June 1.
Beast 365 Pay in Full Info:
Full amount due at time of purchase. Purchasers must purchase again next season, does not automatically renew.
Ikon Add-On
- Beast 365 Pass holders will have a new option to upgrade to a full Ikon Pass for an additional fee.
- Note: for ages 7-12 guests should NOT choose our upgrade and instead just buy a full Ikon Pass as it's cheaper. This is not ideal but based on how Ikon is "selling" the pass to us we don't have an option here without taking a loss.
- This MUST be done at time of purchase.
- We can upgrade someone up until we send the list to Ikon so we can make exceptions but we should communicate must be done at time of purchase. But once we submit list for an Ikon Base, we can not change it to full Ikon. (internal messaging)
- Ikon Base pass is automatically included
- New for the 25/26 season, passholders will be able to pay a fee of $599 to upgrade their base pass to the full Ikon pass. This must happen at the time of purchase ONLY.
- Guest do not need to redeem a code this season, as we will be sending a list to Ikon of eligible passholders for auto-redemption.
- Not eligible for deferrals or Covid closure credits.
- Ikon access not eligible for Spring skiing during the 24/25 Spring season.
