1. Guest(s) visit the KPAA, where they complete their registrations and are added to a list that the KPAA provides us access to. 
   1. Names added to this list verify that they have taken the required steps through the KPAA as well as which pass type they qualify for. 
2. Guest is sent a confirmation email with a link to their specific pass type to make the purchase online. 
3. Once purchased, they will visit a ticket window where they will need to provide ID, a recent pay stub and we verify they are on the provided list. 
   1. If the guest is not on the list but has the confirmation email from the KPAA, we may accept this as qualification for the pass. 

If a guest does not want to complete the required volunteer hours to qualify for the local pass, they may purchase the regional pass at the higher rate.
