We partner with OTA's (Online travel agents) such as Booking.com and Expedia to sell rooms the Grand Hotel
The guest books through the OTA's specific website and it gets sent to the Operations team to input in SMS and charge a one night deposit on the guests credit card and remainder is charged at check in
How do I find a reservation booked through an OTA?
In SMS if you search the guest last name with the “=” example =Test. If you do not see the reservation by this method, please reach out to Emma or Deb Lee as reservation can take up to 24 hours to show in SMS.
Can I cancel or change a OTA reservation?
No, if the guest is calling you to cancel, please direct them to the company they booked with.
- Travelers who cancel 1 week or more before 6:00 PM GMT-05:00 on the day of check-in are charged no fee.
- Travelers who cancel less than 1 week before 6:00 PM GMT-05:00 on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.
