Located at the Snowshed Base Lodge, our fleet of 200+ rental bikes, the largest fleet in the East, features Rocky Mountain bikes, plus 20" & 24" full-suspension youth-sized mountain bikes for the youngest riders. We will ensure you have a great day on the mountain by setting you up with a bike that best matches your ability and riding style.
Mountain bike rentals must be reserved online, even if reserving day-of. We highly suggest reserving your rental at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we have a properly sized bike for your visit. Rates are dynamic and the prices are dependent on how far in advance you book and day of the week you plan on visiting. The earlier you buy, the bigger the savings, so reserve as soon as possible.

- The Killington Bike Shop, located at Snowshed Lodge, offers a full rental fleet of trail, freeride and downhill mountain bikes.

Employee free bike rental redemption

For the call center: Select the correct rental product in the tree>attach a customer>fill out required data (H+W)>move to the General tab and override the price based on what is listed on the website. You may also find a discount % listed above depending on the date the rental is for.
If lodging is involved, please calculate an additional 5% on top of the pre-purchase discount.
Cancel Policy
Policies are up to the agent's discretion and vary from situation to situation. Use the policy as a guideline for what you would like to do for the guest.
- Products can be canceled with a full refund if requested by 4:00 PM the day before the product’s start date.
- Products can be canceled with a resort credit if requested by 10:00 AM on the product’s start date.
- Refunds or credits after 10:00 AM on the start date are to the agent's discretion.
FAQ
What is the difference between the standard and performance rental?
Our standard (downhill) bikes have single-crown suspension meant for downhill trail riding, which is most of what Killington has to offer. The Performance bike rental which has dual-crown suspension is meant for more advanced riding especially when jumps and other park-like features are involved.
DeleteHow do I sell the employee free bike rental?
1. Locate the employee's free bike voucher either in customer manager or within the search bar. Make sure to copy or take note of the employee's IP code.
2. In sales transaction pull up the voucher product under the search section or by pasting the voucher number in the scan or enter voucher box.
3. Select the correct size bike.
4. When the rental form appears, paste the employee's IP code (add an additional number if redeeming the second bike rental) click enter on your keyboard.
5. Once the form information pulls up, click ok.

Can I keep my bike overnight?
After each day with a rental, you will need to return the bike/gear to the rental shop. The bike shop will ensure you have the correct bike for all days of the visit and that the bike's condition is up to standard.
