1. To redeem a seasonal bike rental on an eligible midweek day, applicable guests will be asked to go to a window prior to entering the rental shop each day. 
2. Please verify they have purchased either the Staff Seasonal Bike Rental or the VT Youth Seasonal bike rental by checking either Access Profile or Transaction History. 
3. Verify the VT Youth purchase with a parent's VT ID if not already previously fulfilled. 
4. To redeem their daily rental, an order must be created in Order Processing. 
5. Select the bike size based on their height or preference as normal and apply the KL VT Youth/Employee Seasonal Bike Rental discount. 
6. As with any day-of rental, height and weight in Required Data do not have to be entered accurately at this time, but the fields do need to be completed to move forward. 
7. Fulfill the order and direct the guest to the rental shop to pick up their equipment.

Don't forget to suggest the Damage Waiver every day to protect them from damage liability! $25 per day is very affordable for their protection.
