High Risk Alerts

When a purchase is flagged in Square, or by a designated member of Accounting and Product Sales, as being a high-risk credit card fraudulent purchase

  1. The order(s) will be fully refunded to the original payment method
  2. Comments will be added to the order description and comment section and the comment profile of the primary customer attached to the order. In these instances, the following comment will be added:
    1. “Payment system has flagged purchase as fraudulent credit card use and has been fully refunded. High chances of false account info - guest must repurchase under their own online account – do not issue comps, do not sell on same account”
  3. Guest services staff onsite or at Cen Res will inform the guest that the purchase was flagged by our system as fraudulent credit card use, has been fully refunded to the card used to purchase and that all new purchases must be made through the guest’s personal Killington.com or Picomountain.com account.
  4. Please confiscate One Pass RFID cards associated with the flagged purchase, when possible. Do not provide comps. Do not sell on accounts with potential false information. Never provide the guest with account or credit card information – if they don’t know it, it’s not theirs to know. Do not use the credit card on file. Team up with a Team Lead or Supervisor with questions or assistance.
