Cancellation Policies
Lodging
- Reservations canceled 15 or more days before arrival receive a FULL refund.
- Reservations canceled 1-14 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of the reservation total.
- Changing properties, units, or dates, is considered a cancellation, and cancel fees will apply.
- Same-day cancels forfeit all monies.
- Example – A reservation scheduled to check in Friday, March 29, 2024, must cancel by 4 pm via phone call by Thursday, March 14th to receive a 100% refund.

Group & Private Lessons
Prior to 4:00 p.m. two days prior to the lesson date, lessons may be cancelled for a 90% refund or 100% cancellation credit. For example, a lesson for a Saturday is eligible for a 90% refund or 100% cancellation credit through 4:00 p.m. the preceding Wednesday.
Prior to 4:00 p.m. the day prior to the lesson date, lessons may be cancelled for a 100% cancellation credit. No refunds. For example, a lesson for a Saturday is eligible for a 100% cancellation credit through 4:00 p.m. the preceding Friday. A refund is not available.
After 4:00 p.m. the day prior to the lesson, there are no cancellations or changes permitted since we’ve held that spot from our inventory and have assigned an instructor to teach the lesson. We know that weather and snow conditions vary, but if the resort is open for skiing/riding we will be providing lessons as scheduled and there are no refunds, vouchers, or credits issued due to these events. Thank you for your understanding.

To determine a credit amount on a multi-day lesson, we cancel the multi-day product and re-sell lessons for the dates still being used. The remaining balance will be the amount of the cancellation ticket credit. For example, if you are cancelling the second day of a 3-day lesson, we will cancel the 3-day lesson and sell two 1-day lessons; your credit amount will be the remaining balance. If you are cancelling the last day of a 3-day lesson, we will cancel the 3-day lesson and sell one 2-day lesson; you credit amount will be the remaining balance.
This policy does not apply to multi-session seasonal lesson programs (i.e. Woodward Mountain Kids, 4241 Club, or our Midweek Session programs) or specialty camps (i.e. Women's Camps, Mogul Camps, Mogul Weekends, or Race Camps).
DeleteSpecialty Camps
Specialty camp programs may be canceled for a 90% refund or 100% cancellation credit up until 14 days before the start of the camp. There are no cancellations within 14 days. Requests for partial cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Killington/Pico if a participant has a season-ending injury, illness, or pregnancy.
DeleteSeasonal Snowsports Programs
Multi-session seasonal lesson programs may be canceled for a 90% refund or 100% cancellation credit up until 30 days before the first session/date of the program. There are no cancellations within 30 days. Requests for partial cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Killington/Pico if a participant has a season-ending injury, illness, or pregnancy.

Tickets Purchased Directly From Killington Resort/Pico Mountain:
Prior to 4:00 p.m. the day prior to the lift ticket start date, tickets may be canceled for a 90% refund or 100% lift ticket/rental credit. For example, a ticket starting on a Saturday is eligible for a 90% refund or 100% lift ticket/rental credit through 4:00 p.m. the preceding Friday.
After that time period, tickets may be canceled up until 10:00 a.m. daily for a 100% lift ticket/rental credit equal to the value of the ticket for that day or remaining future days on a multi-day ticket. No refunds or credits are available after 10:00 a.m. for same-day or past-day tickets.
- Lift ticket/rental credits are valid towards a future lift ticket purchase and expire one year + two weeks from the date of cancellation. For example, a credit issued on December 24, 2020, is valid through January 7, 2022.
- There are no cancellations available or credits issued for direct-to-lift tickets that are not date specific (i.e., K-Tickets) which have not yet been used, or complimentary tickets which have a $0 value.
- Visit a ticket window, complete our online form, or call us at 800-621-6867 to cancel your tickets prior to 10:00 a.m.
- To determine a credit amount on a multi-day ticket we divide the number of days being canceled by the total number of days the ticket is valid and multiply that by the price paid for the ticket. For example, if canceling one day of a three-day ticket, 1 divided by 3 equals .33 and therefore 33% of the original ticket price will be the amount of the lift ticket credit.
- This policy applies to tickets purchased directly from Killington Resort either on-site, online at killington.com, or through our call center.
- If canceling a season pass bring-a-friend ticket, the voucher is not re-instated for another use in the future. The use of that bring-a-friend voucher is forfeited.

Delete3rd Party/Group Tickets & Rentals
3rd Party Tickets that are NOT date specific are not eligible for a credit unless it has been skied on in which case is eligible for a $90 cancel voucher up until 10am the day they used the ticket.
Tickets and Rentals Purchased via Group Sales or Authorized Tour Operator/Travel Agent:
These are date-specific tickets that were originally purchased from our group sales department.
Tickets may be cancelled up until 10:00 a.m. daily for a cancellation credit valid towards a future lift ticket purchase directly from Killington Resort/Pico Mountain.
- Visit a ticket window, complete our online form, or call us at 800-621-6867 to cancel your tickets prior to 10:00 a.m.
- The value of the cancellation credit will be calculated based on the price paid to Killington for the group/tour operator ticket or rental. Groups or tour operators may add additional fees to the tickets or rentals and Killington/Pico does not issue credits for the difference in price.
- The cancellation credit is issued directly to the guest cancelling the ticket and not to the group or tour operator.
- Use the group Daily Rate Sheet to calculate the proper credit amount.
Tickets and Rentals Purchased from a Third Party:
These are one-day tickets that are valid for any day during the season (weekend or holiday restrictions may apply) and purchased from an authorized reseller.
Tickets may be cancelled up until 10:00 a.m. daily for a $90 cancellation credit valid towards a future lift ticket purchase directly from Killington Resort/Pico Mountain.
- Lift ticket/rental credits are valid towards a future lift ticket or rental purchase and expire one year + two weeks from the date of cancellation. For example, a credit issued on December 24, 2020 is valid through January 7, 2022.
- There are no cancellations available or credits issued for third party direct-to-lift tickets that are not date specific (i.e., Ski Shop or Ski Council tickets) which have not yet been used.
