Group & Private Lessons

Prior to 4:00 p.m. two days prior to the lesson date, lessons may be cancelled for a 90% refund or 100% cancellation credit. For example, a lesson for a Saturday is eligible for a 90% refund or 100% cancellation credit through 4:00 p.m. the preceding Wednesday.  

Prior to 4:00 p.m. the day prior to the lesson date, lessons may be cancelled for a 100% cancellation credit. No refunds. For example, a lesson for a Saturday is eligible for a 100% cancellation credit through 4:00 p.m. the preceding Friday. A refund is not available. 

After 4:00 p.m. the day prior to the lesson, there are no cancellations or changes permitted since we’ve held that spot from our inventory and have assigned an instructor to teach the lesson. We know that weather and snow conditions vary, but if the resort is open for skiing/riding we will be providing lessons as scheduled and there are no refunds, vouchers, or credits issued due to these events. Thank you for your understanding.

To determine a credit amount on a multi-day lesson, we cancel the multi-day product and re-sell lessons for the dates still being used. The remaining balance will be the amount of the cancellation ticket credit. For example, if you are cancelling the second day of a 3-day lesson, we will cancel the 3-day lesson and sell two 1-day lessons; your credit amount will be the remaining balance. If you are cancelling the last day of a 3-day lesson, we will cancel the 3-day lesson and sell one 2-day lesson; you credit amount will be the remaining balance. 

This policy does not apply to multi-session seasonal lesson programs (i.e. Woodward Mountain Kids, 4241 Club, or our Midweek Session programs) or specialty camps (i.e. Women's Camps, Mogul Camps, Mogul Weekends, or Race Camps).

Specialty Camps

Specialty camp programs may be canceled for a 90% refund or 100% cancellation credit up until 14 days before the start of the camp. There are no cancellations within 14 days. Requests for partial cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Killington/Pico if a participant has a season-ending injury, illness, or pregnancy.

Seasonal Snowsports Programs

Multi-session seasonal lesson programs may be canceled for a 90% refund or 100% cancellation credit up until 30 days before the first session/date of the program. There are no cancellations within 30 days. Requests for partial cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Killington/Pico if a participant has a season-ending injury, illness, or pregnancy.

Bike Park

Lift Tickets, Rentals, Group Lessons and Tours: Date specific products may be canceled with a full refund available by calling 800-621-6867 through 4:00 p.m. the day prior to the start date. Cancellations requested after this time are available through 10:00 a.m. of start date of the ticket via a resort cancellation credit valid for one year + two weeks towards a future purchase. There are no refunds or credits available for no shows or cancellation requests received after 10:00 a.m. on the start date of the ticket. 

Private Lessons: May be canceled with a full refund available by calling 800-621-6867 through 4:00 p.m. two days prior to the start date. There are no refunds or credits available for no shows or cancellation requests received within two days of the lesson date.

Camps: May be canceled with a 100% resort credit or 90% refund if canceled prior to five days before the camp start date. Within five days before the camp starts, a 90% resort credit is available. No refunds or credits are available on or after the start date at camp. Call 800-621-6867 for cancellations. Campers who sustain an injury during camp will be given resort credit for their remaining days at a pro-rated value based on the number of days attended.

Golf Course

Daily greens and cart fees which are prepaid may be cancelled prior to 24 hours of the tee time with no penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Weather: If you play five or fewer holes, a full Rain Check for your round will be given. If you play between six and 15 holes, a 9-hole round will be given. Play of 16 holes or more does not qualify for a Rain Check. If a round's play starts in the rain, it does not qualify for a Rain Check.

Adventure Center

Date specific products may be cancelled with a full refund available by calling 800-621-6867 through 4:00 p.m. the day prior to the start date. Cancellations requested after this time are available through 10:00 a.m. of start date of the ticket via a resort cancellation credit valid for one year + two weeks towards a future purchase. There are no refunds or credits available for no shows or cancellation requests received after 10:00 a.m. on the start date of the ticket. 

Weather: The Adventure Center is an outdoor facility in an alpine environment and inclement weather (rain, snow, high winds and/or thunder and lightning) and mechanical closures are possible anytime. While it is our goal to keep attractions open during operating hours, each attraction has specific conditions under which it is unable to operate. The decision to close attractions will be made at the sole discretion of Killington Resort operations staff. Adventure Center one-day wristbands are valid for the day of purchase ONLY and no refunds or credits will be issued for weather or mechanical related closures. Please consider this when planning your day and purchasing wristbands or ride tickets. If the Adventure Center or Scenic Gondola Rides does not open for an entire day, a full refund will be issued.
