24/25 Waiver

The risk waiver for the 24/25 season is now available within the list of waivers. Be sure to assign the correct waiver to the guest depending on the product they have.

Details:

  • All Killington/Pico guests participating in any offered activities are required to fill out a risk agreement waiver.
  • The waiver must be signed online when possible to make sure we get the current waiver imported into RTP correctly.
  • This is now the same waiver for all activities here at Killington and will be valid for the entire season they have signed for.
  • The waiver will be valid until 6/30/2024 for the 2023/2024 season.
  • A guest can sign their waiver online through their Killington account or in person with a physical waiver.

How does a guest sign their waiver online?

The following steps are for mobile view:

  1. Guest will go to Killington.com
  2. They will need to login to their online account to access their waivers. (If they do not have an account they will need to create one.)
  3. Once logged in, they will want to look for the "My Account" drop-down.
  4. Once selected, they will want to click on the "waivers" option.
  5. They will see that any unsigned waivers are a bolder blue and still asks to "sign". Previously signed waivers will be dulled blue and say sign. They will want to select the proper unsigned waiver option.
  6. Once the waiver is looked over, the waiver will type their name in the box exactly as it is listed and select the "I agree" box to sign.
  7. Once signed, the waiver should pull over to RTP and the pass will be valid to use for the date the product is valid.

What to do when the guest signs a physical waiver:

Once the waiver has been signed, you must enter it into their customer manager profile or check to ensure the online waiver was correctly added.

  1. Go to the guest's profile in customer management, and under the special profiles, select the authorization profile.
  2. To enter a waiver, if it is missing, select the add new button and enter the KP One Waiver. Make sure to change the expiration date to 6/30/2024.

What to do if their account has been hotlisted from a missing waiver:

Once the waiver is entered in the authorization profile field, you will need to remove the hotlist from the guest's account so their pass will work.

  1. Under the access/pass media tab, select pass media profile.
  2. Select the correct pass media that has been hotlisted and ensure it is an active pass.
  3. Change the hotlist reason to active pass if it is not already set as such and change the expiration to 6/30/2024.
  4. Enter a comment stating the waiver has been signed, click add, and update.
  5. Double check the pass scans as valid before sending the guest on their way.
