When an order is made in RTP and a transaction is completed please make sure you are fulfilling all products except for:

• Any products that include rentals (rentals, lts/ltr, etc.)
• Any products that require alternative verification (merchant pass, VT student, etc.)

All other products we ask you fulfill at the time of purchase by hitting “action” under each product line and fulfill selected or fulfill all. If you fulfill all with rental products in the order you make experience a road block so be aware. Use the deposit from the order and then complete the transaction in “Sales Transaction”.
