How to get a new user set up in RTP

The supervisor or manager should email itservice@killington.com to request new users

Usernames and Passwords

All usernames begin with KP and are generally followed by first initial and last name. Modifications will be made if someone already has that username. For example, John Smith would be kpjsmith

IT will supply a temporary password for new users which will need to be changed and set by the user on the first logon. When setting a new password, keep these requirements in mind: at least 12 characters and at least 1 of each: upper case, lower case, number, and symbol.

Initial RTP Setup

Pin down ONE|Resort Navigator

Click the ONE|Resort Navigator Tab and then click the thumbtack icon.

Enable QuickSell & QuickVoucher Toolbars

Go to ONE|Resort Tools > Click the Show QuickSell Toolbar and Show QuickVoucher Toolbar links

This is what enables these fields to appear in Sales Transactions & Order Processing

Customer Manager Customizations

When looking at guest records in Customer Manager, you can enable additional data fields to display in the search results as well as some profiles/tables. Enabling these additional data fields to display makes using Customer Manager significantly easier and faster. You can also re-order the columns of data.

Customer Search Screen

  • To remove columns, right-click within the column (not in the column title) and choose to Remove Column
  • We suggest removing these columns that appear by default: Status & Gender
  • To add columns, right click within the column (not in the column title) and choose Insert Column
  • To assign the new column to one of the suggested profiles below, right click within the column and choose the profile.
  • We suggest adding these columns:
    • Located in Common Profiles Folder
      • Primary Address Line 1
      • Primary Address City
      • Primary Email Address
      • Primary Phone Number
  • Found under Special Profiles > Authentication Profile
    • Primary Authentication ID
  • Not in a folder
    • Active Voucher Indicator
  • To re-order the columns, click and hold the column title and drag left or right.
  • We recommend this order of profiles:

Note: these customizations only appear when searching via Customer Manager and not when searching within ONE|Resort

  • Access Profile

  • To remove columns, right-click in the column header (different than above) and choose Remove Column
  • We don't suggest removing any columns that appear by default
  • To add columns, right-click in the column header and choose Insert Column
  • To assign the new column to one of the suggested data points below, right-click in the column header and choose the data point.
  • Note: When adding columns, the view gets buggy (data in columns does not match headers). We recommend adding a new column, clicking the Pass Media Profile, clicking back to the Access Profile to add the next column, and then continue adding one column at a time.
  • We suggest adding these columns:
    • Located in the Additional Columns folder
      • Product Type
      • Days Used (helps easily identify used vs. unused any day tickets i.e. K-Tickets and give pass holders number of days skied)
      • Last Use (helps easily identify the date any day tickets i.e. K-Tickets were used)
  • To re-order the columns, click and hold the column title and drag it left or right.
  • We recommend this order of columns:
