Selling (Employee)

  • We can sell k-tickets at the window, even though we recommend a guests buy them online to get the most accurate information from them.
  • They will be listed under the KL Tickets tab.
  • K-Tickets work just like vouchers. When you sell, they will be loaded onto their account rather than producing a ticket. You will then need to go in and redeem the ticket onto an RFID card when the guest wants to use it.

A few important things to remember:

  1. When you build the order, make sure to fulfill it. This way, the vouchers get loaded on the guest account.
  2. Their free ticket when buying 7 will not show right away. That will get added to their accounts in November.
  3. We should try to sell all the tickets to the primary customer (this will make it easier come time to redeem the voucher)

Activating (Employee)

  • As k-ticket vouchers are now vouchers, they will work similarly to any other voucher product in RTP.
  • You should be able to view a guest's k-ticket vouchers within their profile, or they will come to the window/call in with a voucher code that we can use to redeem on our side.
  • Use the code or the voucher on their account to load it into a guest's RFID. If they do not have an RFID, they will need to purchase one.

A few important things to remember:

1) We should encourage guest to hold off on redeeming their vouchers until a couple of days before their trip. Once a voucher is redeemed on a guest account is very difficult to change the ticket to a different person

2) The tickets are not date specific, once it is loaded on an account it can be used any day of the season
