Flow Foundations

Start the season with the essentials. Build confidence in body position, braking, and cornering while learning how to carry speed smoothly through Killington’s flow trails. Perfect for intermediate riders or anyone looking to shake off the winter rust.

Women's MTB Progression Camp

The Women’s MTB Progression Camp is designed to create a supportive learning environment where riders can build confidence, refine fundamental skills, and explore more of the mountain. This camp focuses on developing strong technical foundations while encouraging riders to challenge themselves in a fun and encouraging atmosphere.

Intro to Racing Skills & Trail Confidence

Curious about mountain bike racing but not sure where to start? Our MTB Race Focus Session is designed for novice and lower-intermediate riders who want to build confidence, improve control, and experience the fun of riding with purpose. This one-day session emphasizes smooth riding, smart line choice, and confident cornering rather than all-out speed. Coaches guide riders through braking control, body positioning, flow-trail cornering, and trail awareness before finishing with low-pressure race simulations to introduce pacing, passing etiquette, and riding with others. Whether you’re considering your first race or simply want to ride with more confidence and efficiency, this session builds the skills that make riding faster feel natural.

Cornering & Confidence

Step up your turns! Learn advanced berm techniques, linking corners with speed, and maintaining momentum on longer flow descents. By the end of the day, you’ll be railing turns with confidence and flow.

Speed & Rhythm

Time to pump it up. Focus on pumping rollers, maintaining rhythm, and progressing safely into small jumps and tabletops. Riders will learn how to generate speed without pedaling and how to start getting air with control.

Technical Terrain

With the full mountain open, this clinic shifts into tech skills. Learn line choice, reading terrain, and handling rocks, roots, and drops. We’ll blend flow and tech trails to push your riding into new territory.

All Mountain Skills

Finish the season strong. This all-mountain day combines flow, jumps, and technical terrain, with a taste of enduro riding. Learn to link features together, refine your bike handling, and cap off your season with confidence.
