The kiosks are the fastest way to get your tickets so you can get on the mountain as quickly as possible. If you’re visiting on a Saturday or holiday, expect longer than normal lines in ticketing and rentals if you arrive with everyone else. Get here early (before 9:00 a.m.) to reduce stress and have more time on the snow.
Locations
Ticket Kiosks will be located at every base lodge for quick and easy ticket pick-up. Most kiosks can be located out in front of base lodges.
Troubleshooting
Resetting Kiosk
Tap your finger on the lower right corner of the screen until a password window opens. Enter AX0000. Go to the functions tab and click the reset button.
DeleteNo barcode on the confirmation
Confirm it's the correct email confirmation. The checkout page of the eStore gives order numbers, but no barcode. If you see a small icon (like example) within the email confirmation, click the icon to open the barcode in a web browser.
DeleteKiosk says No Media error message
Most likely, the guest chose to reload a card during purchase so there is no card to print. Do they have a card in a pocket? If not, they will need to go online and purchase the RFID.
DeleteHave an order number, but no barcode
Guest can go to barcodesinc.com, enter their order number and the website will generate a barcode for them that they can use at the kiosk. Guest can also provide their order number to any ticket or cen res agent who can pull up their order.
DeleteKiosk Errors
- Error - Go to ticket window. Do NOT attempt another kiosk" (This was when the LTS/R had old ticket output)
- "Unknown Voucher. Scan Again" (This was when people were scanning vouchers not redemptions)
- "No Tickets Found. Please go to Ticket Window" (No media in the order OR could be timing if they just received their order confirm and the order hasn't gotten to from AW to RTP yet)
- "Order has been redeemed. Please go to ticket Window"
- Other error messages are physical PUB related like, "Printer Error" "Connection Error" "Not Enough Media" etc.
Operational Hours
Most kiosks are operational 24/7, however, the indoor locations will not be accessible when base lodges are closed (as well as the outdoor location at bear). If guests would like to go the night before, recommend we send them to Snowshed as it will be the easiest to access and has the most printers in case of an error.
