Leisure Group Sales Booking Process
Winter Group Activities
- Killington Skiing / Snowboarding and rentals (no discounts on lessons) (20 people min.)
- Tubing (12 people min.)
- Pico skiing / snowboarding and rentals (no discounts on lessons) (15 people min.)
Winter Groups that are traveling on a motor coach need a reservation from the Leisure Sales Department. There is a daily capacity for the number of buses that may enter the Killington parking lots and reservations may be (and likely are) sold out for the weekends during the winter season.
DeleteSummer Group Activities
- Mountain Biking, rentals, lessons
- Adventure Center and/or Scenic Gondola Rides
- Golf (can also offer Green Mountain National)
There is no Motor Coach Reservation system in the summer months, but we still ask that you supply us your mode of transportation so we may ensure appropriate parking for your group.
All groups and their guests are required to provide a full list of contact information including their legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number (guardians’ if applicable) and home address. All groups and their guests are required to sign an annual liability waiver form to participate in any activity.
DeleteKillington Ticket Purchases
There are three options for purchasing lift tickets/rentals for skiing and snowboarding groups at Killington Resort.
Individual Purchase:
Group Leader makes contact with Leisure Sales Rep. Leisure Sales rep collects contact information for the group leader and the information related to the trip (dates, # of people, lodging, transportation, etc.). Within 48 hours, a unique/custom Online Discount Code is created for the group and emailed with instructions on how to complete their purchase. The guest uses the code on Killington.com, fills out their personal information, signs the waiver for themselves and their family/friends and makes a secure payment. That guest receives an confirmation email with instructions to go straight to the lift or redeem their OnePass RFID at a kiosk onsite. These guests may be serviced at any of our guest service locations (Reservation agents via phone or ticket window). Online Discount Codes are 20% off the online dynamic pricing.
Master Bill:a. Vouchers:
Group leader makes contact with Group Sales and provides contact and trip info. Group Leader must submit a “summary order” (i.e. 25x All Ages 2-day tickets starting on 1/24/24) with payment 14 days prior to arrival. Group Sales Rep will process the order and supply an excel sheet with voucher numbers and a redemption instruction sheet within 48 hours. Group Leader supplies voucher #’s and redemption instruction sheet to individuals to redeem prior to arrival (or upon arrival). Individual guests follow instructions to redeem voucher at $0.00 and receive email confirmation to pick up at a kiosk onsite. Vouchers are “All Ages” tickets/rentals and must be redeemed on a specific date.
b. Registration & Waiver Links:
Group leader makes contact with Group Sales and provides contact and trip info. Group Sales Rep follows up within 72 hours and supplies 2 separate links – registration form that collects contact information relevant to ticket/rental products and another link for each guest/family member to sign their liability waiver. Each guest must complete both links ASAP. The deadline to complete the links is 14 days prior to arrival. A ticket order and payment must also be made 14 days prior to arrival. The Ticket order must be specific to each guest (i.e. Johnny is getting a 1-day for Sunday, 1/14/24, Samuel is getting a 2-day starting on Saturday, 1/13/24, Roberta doesn’t need a ticket but she signed the form). This is the most time-consuming option for both Killington Resort and the Group/Group Leader. This option may not be offered to all groups. This option is more applicable to youth groups whose individuals can’t create an online account and sign a waiver for themselves.
DeletePico Ticket Purchases
There are two options for purchasing lift tickets/rentals for skiing and snowboarding groups at Pico Mountain.
