What can a Guest Access?
Customer Info
This tab within their account will allow them to see all linked family/friends, add members, change profile photos, and add RFID media to their profiles.
DeleteOrders
Within this tab, guests can access all orders made through the online store. They will not be able to see orders placed over the phone or made through other channels.

This tab will display orders purchased with payment plans. It will also allow them to access their personal credit card information and make any changes or updates when needed. DeleteVouchers
Guests can access any voucher loaded onto their account here. This can be from their season pass, lift credits, or awarded vouchers. They can redeem and use their vouchers in this section as well.
Employee vouchers must be done at a ticket window during the 2022/2023 winter season.
DeleteWaivers
Guests will need to sign the risk agreement waiver no matter what activity they are doing at Killington. They can sign the required waivers in this section of their account and it will display in RTP.
DeleteOnline Account Adjustment in RTP
- If a guest is unable to access their online account or is someone who struggles with technology, we can access their online account through RTP.
- To access information about their online account, go to Customer Manager > Special Profiles > Authentication Profile.
- Here, by selecting their primary authentication, you can change the email or password used to get into their online account. Doing so can allow us to log in to their account on our end and make the necessary updates or changes they need.
- When setting a new password for the guest, use Killington1! as a generic password for them to reset if needed.
- If a guest is struggling to log in to their online account or needs to create an online account it is important to double-check that the email in their authentication profile matches the email in their email profile (under common profiles).
- Make sure that the guest's birthdate is not set as unknown in RTP, as this will also give them issues when trying to log in.
- Once an authentication is added or updated, make sure the password change date is set to sometime in the future (2040), the password change days are set as 999 and the password ruse sequence is set as 999.
