Passholder Discount Troubleshooting
This season we have experienced more frequent scenario's where guest's pass discounts are not working at Food & Beverage and/or Retail.
If this occurs, the guest should initially be honored the discounted rate by those departments unless they are a repeat offender.
We have narrowed down the issues to see that it is most likely due to the fact that their RFID is or was an inactive media within 24 hours.
If the card they have on their person is inactive, please reactivate the card manually and explain that it may take up to 24 hours for their discounts to work again. Please also advise the guest that they should only have one RFID and to dispose of any extras to limit issues in the future.
If the card they have on their person is already active, ensure that it had not been reactivated within 24 hours and if it has explain the reasoning behind the pass not working (see above).
