Staff Forgot Pass Procedure

- We have a new "Employee Forgot Pass" lift ticket. This can be found under the "Media" drop down as well as the RFID folder under the Lift Ticket drop down (Killington and Pico). This product is only available at the ticket windows and is valid for single-day access.
- When you select and attach the employee to the product it will inactivate their current staff pass for the day. This ticket is a single-use ticket and is NOT a replacement for their actual staff pass.
- This allows the employee access to the mountain for the day of issue only.
- Sellers need to tell the employees that their discounts will NOT be honored with this ticket.
- Once they bring their pass the next day it will rescan and be activated again.
- If they have lost their pass please instruct them to go to HR to have a new one issues.
- These are printed on SUAX stock and are a manual feed into the printers.
- Always scan the pass to make sure the access is working before giving it to the employee.
