Ski Shop Program

• Shop Cards are valid for Shop Employees Only (members of your staff who work daily with ski and ride customers in your shop). They are non-transferable, may not be given or sold to any other individual, and shop employee spouses or dependents are not eligible for Killington/Pico Shop Card privileges.

• Each shop card you are issued is valid for one ticket per day for either Killington OR Pico Mountain. If additional access is desired, we have a Partner Trade program where lift tickets are traded for gear. See more details for this program: https://www.killington.com/partner-trade-program

• RFID Shop cards will NOT be replaced this year. In the event of a lost RFID card from the 2022-23 season, please contact Linda Olster lolster@killington.com to have a new card linked to your shop.

• Shop Card privileges are valid for skiing & riding, Sunday through Friday as of 12/17/2023 through closing day. Shop privileges are not valid on Saturdays and peak dates: December 23, 2023 - January 1, 2024, January 13 - 15, 2024 and February 17 - 19, 2024. Also note that Pico is closed on Tues/Wed each week.

• Killington/Pico Shop Cards remain the property of Killington Resort. Shops who abuse these privileges, or who are not fulfilling the requirements of the program, will lose their privileges. Use of these privileges by individuals not entitled to them will result in a charge of theft of services.

To load a one-day ticket onto the RFID Shop Card, Shop Employees should go to any ticket window and present:

1. A valid Killington Resort/Pico Mountain RFID Shop Card.
2. Current pay stub or photocopy of current paycheck (dated within the last 14 days)
3. Valid Photo ID (driver’s license)

Letters of introduction or business cards will not be accepted as a valid form of ID. It is the responsibility of the shop manager to communicate this information to all eligible employees. It is the responsibility of the employee to bring the required documents. Lift access will not be issued without all three items listed above. 

Ski Council Bulk Program

• Ski Club & Councils from CT, NY, NJ & Eastern PA.
• Valid any day, except peak dates.
• Lift ticket vouchers are paid from the Ski Council directly to Killington Resort or Pico Mountain in one payment and distributed to the members who've purchased. 
• Vouchers must be redeemed online in advance. Killington Resort and Pico Mountain do not transact with individual through this program and all information and questions should be directed to their respective Ski Council and it's officers. www.killington.com/skicouncil.  

Ski Council Bulk Tickets are discounted Lift Ticket products offered by Killington Resort and Pico Mountain to various ski clubs and ski councils throughout the northeast. Connecticut Ski Council, New Jersey Ski Council, New York Ski Council and Easter Pennsylvania Ski Council offer these discounted lift tickets to their members with a valid membership.

Lift Tickets are paid from the Ski Council directly to Killington Resort or Pico Mountain in one payment and distribute those products to the members who've purchased. Killington Resort and Pico Mountain do not transact with individuals through this program and all information and questions should be directed to their respective Ski Council and it's officers.

Member Benefits 

The following members will receive a discount on online lift ticket sales. They will need to purchase their lift tickets online and use the special code listed to receive the proper discount on their tickets. The individual guest purchases the tickets for themselves. 

Cancel Policy

3rd Party Tickets that are NOT date specific are not eligible for a credit unless it has been skied on in which case is eligible for a $90 cancel voucher up until 10am the day they used the ticket. 

Tickets and Rentals Purchased via Group Sales or Authorized Tour Operator/Travel Agent:

These are date-specific tickets that were originally purchased from our group sales department.

Tickets may be cancelled up until 10:00 a.m. daily for a cancellation credit valid towards a future lift ticket purchase directly from Killington Resort/Pico Mountain. 

• Visit a ticket window, complete our online form, or call us at 800-621-6867 to cancel your tickets prior to 10:00 a.m. 
• The value of the cancellation credit will be calculated based on the price paid to Killington for the group/tour operator ticket or rental. Groups or tour operators may add additional fees to the tickets or rentals and Killington/Pico does not issue credits for the difference in price.
• The cancellation credit is issued directly to the guest cancelling the ticket and not to the group or tour operator.

Use the group Daily Rate Sheet to calculate the proper credit amount.

Tickets and Rentals Purchased from a Third Party: 

These are one-day tickets that are valid for any day during the season (weekend or holiday restrictions may apply) and purchased from an authorized reseller.

Tickets may be cancelled up until 10:00 a.m. daily for a $90 cancellation credit valid towards a future lift ticket purchase directly from Killington Resort/Pico Mountain. 

• Lift ticket/rental credits are valid towards a future lift ticket or rental purchase and expire one year + two weeks from the date of cancellation. For example, a credit issued on December 24, 2020 is valid through January 7, 2022. 
• There are no cancellations available or credits issued for third party direct-to-lift tickets that are not date specific which have not yet been used. 
• Visit a ticket window, complete our online form, or call us at 800-621-6867 to cancel your tickets prior to 10:00 a.m.
