How to Redeem

HOW TO APPLY DISCOUNTS:

1. Go to Killington.com or Pico Mountain.com, move your mouse over “Plan Your Trip” and select either Lessons/Rentals or Winter Tickets and Passes. 
2. Click “Buy Now” to view products to add your shopping cart. 
3. Once a date and product has been selected, click “Add To Cart”. If you would like to add another product, “X” out the “View Car” pop up window and use the calendar to change the Age, Number of Days, Start Date or Quantity. 
4. Once all products have been added to the cart, click “View Cart” or “View Cart to Apply Discounts”. 
5. Enter the Discount Code in the Apply Discount field and click APPLY. You should see the code populate in RED. 
6. Click Check Out and follow the steps to login to the store or create a new account
7. Assign each product to an individual. You may assign more than one product to each person if they’re skiing more than one day or purchasing multiple products. Click “continue”
8. Choose to reload an existing ONE PASS RFID card or add a new one. Click “continue” 
9. Complete the waiver for each person who has been assigned a product. Click “continue”.
10. Payment is due.  Enter payment information and click “continue”
11. Click “confirm order”. Check your email to verify you have received your Order Confirmation. 
12. Find a Ticket Kiosk upon arrival and scan the barcode in the confirmation you receive from Killington after your online transaction. If you reloaded a ONE PASS you may go directly to the lifts.

NOTE: You may purchase products for your friends, but we recommend that each adult purchase their own products and create their own online account to maximize their personal experience at Killington and Pico. Guests who do not purchase their own products will not be able to c

Codes

Group sales will give out codes to groups large than 20+ as well as partner organizations. These codes can be used during the checkout process by applying them to the promo code box so the guest can receive the appropriate discount. If a guest does not have access to their code, verify their group and find the appropriate code or discount below. 

Steps to issue a Credit Voucher

1. Locate the order with the original ticket redemption voucher. 
2. If issuing a voucher for a 1-day ticket please return the voucher by selecting "action" and "return".
   1. In sales transaction you will want to sell the credit voucher product. 
   2. Access the Daily Group Rate Sheet and view the correct pricing for the date and amount of days for the lift ticket. 
   3. Set the price for the voucher as whatever is reflected on the group rate sheet. 
   4. Add the ticket return product to the order and set the price as the same rate as the voucher. 
   5. Once the prices balance you can complete the order.
3. If issuing a multi-day voucher move to sales transaction and sell a credit voucher
   1. Set the price as the correct rate calculated by dividing the price found in the daily group rate by the amount of days their ticket is valid for. 
   2. Add the ticket return product to the order and set the price as the same rate as the voucher.
   3. Once the prices balance you can complete the order.
