- Please attach familial relationships as often as you can when a primary account holder buys products for their family. 
 
- Adding friendships to accounts is not as necessary. 
 
- A youth/child must be attached to an account with a parent/guardian even if the parent/guardian is not coming to Killington. 
 
How to add a member while looking at the online account…
- Guest will go to Killington.com 
 
- They will need to login to their online account to access their waivers. (If they do not have an account they will need to create one.)
 
- When looking at the main page of a guests online account, they will see a list of profiles attached to them. 
 
- To add a new account, scroll to the bottom of the relationship list to find "+Add Member".
 
- Once selected, they will need to fill out all the prompted info and then click "Add Member" in the black box. 
 
- The new member will be added to their account and they may purchase tickets for that member directly through the original account.

How to add a member during the online checkout process…
- During the online checkout process, after products have been added to the cart, the guest has signed in/the "checkout" button has been selected each product will need to be assigned to a group member.
 
- When you hit the "Select Group Member" drop-down you will see the option to "Add Group Member" at the bottom. 
 
- Once selected, the guest will need to scroll to the bottom and select "Add Group Member" again. 
 
- They will enter the prompted information and click "Add Group Member" once more. 
 
- Once added, they will have the option to assign the product to the newly added member (as long as their age meets the product description).

How to add a member via RTP…
- In RTP, access the primary guest's account in customer manager.
 
- Under the primary guest's info, you will see "Add Related Customer". Select this. 
 
- Fill out the appropriate information. (First/Last Name and DOB at the very least). 
 
- Navigate to the relationship tab and make sure the relationship type is entered. (Family Member>Relative is the easiest and preferred info to enter.)
 
- Once you hit ok, the relationship will be added and can be view in RTP and online.
