Verification
Purchasers will be required to present proof of residency by presenting a Vermont driver's license or non-driver I.D. card. Sorry, utility bills or other similar documents are not accepted. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian present proof of eligibility at time of pick up. This means, the parent or guardian would be required to be present during the activation of the student pass and cannot send the student in alone or with a non-parent or guardian member.
Pricing/Details
- Students enrolled in grades K-12 in Vermont Schools.
- Proof of eligibility is required:
- Present VT School report card or another official document from the school, showing current enrollment AND proof of VT residency at pick up. See How to Sell for our online verification process.
- For Homeschooled youth, proof of enrollment in a home study program with the Vermont Department of Education is required.
Vermont resident students who attend a New York or New Hampshire border school also qualify for this pass.
Proof of eligibility is not required at the time of purchase (over the phone/online) but must be provided before the pass is activated.
Killington reserves the right to cancel any pass without refund which it believes was obtained fraudulently under this program.
Once purchased online, VT Student purchasers will receive a link to verify their eligibility prior to visiting the ticket window.

Please see proof of VT residency and a VT report card prior to fulfilling.
Parents can submit proof of residency and enrollment online using a form which we'll review (within 48 hours) and fulfill the pass in the backend so verification doesn't need to occur at a ticket window. Moving forward the link to submit the form will be in confirmations for new purchases and we'll be emailing existing purchasers who haven't yet been fulfilled. (Verification can still be done at the ticket window).
