VMBA App
VMBA will now have an app where participants can manage their memberships, perks, and coupons. This is where they will now get electronic versions of their coupons. If guests choose to opt out of the app, they can still receive their coupons via mail. Find more info here.
Waiver Issue
If voucher is redeemed in person, remember to add both the 25/26 Waiver in order for the pass not to get hot listed. If done online, necessary waivers should be input properly, but double check the guest's account if you get anyone at the window.

Members of VMBA receive a number of discounts and offers for various businesses as part of their membership. We include a free one-day mountain bike lift ticket valid Sunday-Friday.
Guests should redeem online
- Guests should go to https://purchase.killington.com/redeemvoucher and enter the voucher number that is printed on their coupon to redeem the free ticket. (There will be steps walking the guest through the process through this link).
- During checkout, they will be prompted to add a One PassRFID card, if they aren't reloading.
- They can add on any additional products (rentals, lessons, etc.) during this process.
- To redeem for guests, create an order and enter their voucher number into the voucher search box. Add One PassRFID card, if needed. Fulfill products.
FAQ
What should I do when no code appears when I try to redeem my Killington VMBA coupon?
- Make sure you have a good wifi or cellular signal.
- Make sure your VMBA is the most updated version it can be
- Then try again. Most users find that updating their app and retrying fixes the issue.
