Redeeming 365 Ikon Pass
Details
- Guest's who purchase a 365 Pass get a Ikon Base Pass for free (this cannot be upgraded to the full IKON pass).
- Guests will be emailed a promo code to redeem on IKON's Website. Guests who have not redeemed their code will continue to have it emailed to them every two weeks.
- Depending on the 365 purchase date it might be a week or two before they get the code. I.e. if the guest buys the pass on 9/17 the code will not be emailed until 9/30
- IKON codes need to be redeemed prior to 12/9/2023.
If a guest did not receive the code
Step 1) Verify the guest email in RTP. If there is multiple family members, some might be tied to another email, verify the correct one with the guest. This will prevent the same issue from happening in future years
Step 2) Find the guest's name and code on the list linked here.
Step 3) Copy and paste this email IKON email.docx to the guest, filling in their name and Ikon code. It will have the steps to redeem online

Step 1: Visit ikonpass.com
Step 2: Under Ikon Base Pass > Click View Prices > Click Add to Cart next to the appropriate pass age range > Click View Cart > Click Add a Promo Code
Step 3: Select ADD PROMO CODE, enter your unique promo code and click Apply (total should now be $0) and click Proceed to Checkout.
Step 4: Set up your account and assign the pass to yourself. Sign the Electronic Release of Liability waiver and upload your photo.
Step 5: Complete the check-out process.
