- K-Tickets are only available for purchase through October 19, 2023
- All K-Tickets must be used during the 2023/24 winter season; no refunds, credits or extensions will be issued for unused tickets.
- Guests requesting an exception due to a change in circumstance should be directed to contact the season pass/ticket admin or guest services manager.
All K-Tickets are now any day, all ages ticket vouchers. We no longer offer Midweek and Youth K-Tickets.
For every seven K-Tickets purchased in a single transaction, you will get one for free.
Free K-Ticket vouchers will be added to your account automatically by November 1, 2023.

K-Ticket vouchers can be activated/assigned to the person who will use them any time throughout the winter season.
Once a K-Ticket is activated/assigned to a ONE PASS, it may only be used by that person and cannot be transferred to someone else.
How to Sell
1) Set up the order with today's date in Order Processing Go to the "KL Tickets" dropdown and select the product
2) Make sure you assign the voucher to the primary customer (this will prevent us from having to check multiple guest accounts to redeem the vouchers)
3) Take payment and fulfill the order

The guest must log in to their online account where they will find a tab labeled "vouchers". They will want to click redeem and follow the steps on the screen. There are clear steps on how to do so on the website HERE.
DeletePurchasing/Transferring
- You will have a voucher loaded onto your online account for each K-Ticket Voucher purchased immediately following your purchase.
- Guests have to assign K-Tickets, we recommend only assigning them to the purchaser
- You can transfer the assignment of your K-Tickets to your friends and family members at any time during the season through the redemption process in your online account. There will be an "Email Voucher" button.
- If the person who will use the ticket already has a ONE PASS RFID Card it can be reloaded, otherwise, ONE PASS will need to be purchased for $6+tax.
- There is no option to have tickets mailed or to receive transferable RFID cards.
FAQ
Why are we not selling the Midweek/Youth Tickets?
Many guests who were purchasing youth or midweek k-tickets then wanted to upgrade to adult any day K-tickets during the season as their plans changed. Unfortunately, our system doesn't allow us to make these upgrades for guests easily and so we felt it was important to reduce to just one ticket in order to eliminate customer frustration and friction on the backside.

The vouchers will work the same as in years past, it is different in name only.
DeleteHow do I transfer redeemed K-tickets to another guest's account?
In the event that a guest mistakenly redeemed a K-Ticket voucher to the wrong guest account, we may switch the voucher to the correct account.
- In RTP, locate the guest account holding the incorrectly redeemed K-ticket. You may view the k-ticket details under the guests access profile in which it will tell you whether or not it has already been used.
- Locate and make note of the transaction in which the k-ticket was redeemed
- In one resort tools, find Return/Refund a Transaction
- Enter the transaction number found previously in which the k-ticket was redeemed, search
- Select the product line item, hit return and then ok
- The product will load into sales transaction
- Find the K-ticket reload product under KL Tickets>KL K-Tickets>"KL Lift-K-Ticket 1 Day-$0.00"
- Sell the product under the correct guest's account.
- Complete transaction.
How do I see who redeemed my voucher and when?
Copy or make note of the voucher number/code. Within one resort tools, you will want to select the return/refund transaction. Within that screen, you will want to hit the drop-down that refines the search criteria and select voucher. Paste or enter the voucher number within the search text box which will pull up any transaction relating to that voucher. It will give details when expanded on who the voucher was redeemed for, when and where.
